Full Performance Guarantee

WAVE Home Solutions offers a unique one year performance guarantee on all HydroCare units. If not satisfied the customer should follow the procedures outlined to obtain a refund for the purchase price of the HydroCare unit.

As it may take a significant time to reduce the limescale buildup that has already adhered to the inside of hot water pipes, the unit must be allowed to operate for at least four months from the date of installation. This will provide the opportunity to fully realize the effectiveness and benefits of HydroCare. During this time, if you are dissatisfied with your HydroCare unit, call our service department at 800-293-9577 to discuss the performance and any recommendations we may have for you. If the unit is returned prior to four months from the date of purchase, a $55 restocking fee plus a freight and handling charge will be deducted from the refund.

If results indicate that limescale is not eliminated, request a return authorization number from our service department. Return with your proof of purchase and authorization number clearly marked on the box.

Our performance guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the unit, but not for any consequential, incidental or any other damages.

This performance guarantee is restricted as above and is not applicable to any parts warranty, which is covered separately.

Please Note: HydroCare units are engineered for the US electrical specifications and for the appliances and plumbing system in residential homes. Warranties and guarantees are valid only when sold through authorized dealers.
