Because we are so sure that you will be absolutely thrilled with your WAVE ventilation unit, we are offering the best warranty in the business. Each and every WAVE ventilation system is built to the highest standards, ensuring your guaranteed satisfaction.

Warrantee and Guarantees are only valid for units sold and installed by authorized dealers and installers only.

Satisfaction Guarantee

WAVE ventilation offers a unique full performance guarantee, which permits you to obtain a refund for the purchase price of the system after one year of operation from the date of purchase. As it may take a significant time to reduce the moisture content of various building materials (i.e. concrete, cinder block drywall, etc.), furniture, etc. in the area serviced by your WAVE ventilation, the system must be allowed to operate through a complete seasonal cycle of twelve (12) months to fully realize the effectiveness and benefits provided. If at anytime, your WAVE ventilation is not reducing moisture problems after installation, please call our service department at 1-888-533-1348 to verify that your system is being used in a manner that permits it to operate at maximum efficiency and for any suggested remedial actions to reduce moisture problems. There has to be a notification during the first six months of operation to the dealer and/or the manufacturer of the problems, during the twelve-month period. This is to allow for the remedial actions to have an effect. If the indoor moisture problems do not improve, the service department will issue a return authorization number.

To return and receive credit, notify the dealer of the return authorization and request a return address. Package the system per Fed Ex specifications, and return with proof of purchase and authorization number clearly marked on box.

Our performance guarantee is limited to the purchase price paid for the system, but not for any consequential, incidental or any other damages connected therewith. All other charges (i.e. transportation, labor, repair and maintenance to building) are excluded.

If the system is returned prior to installation for reasons that are not the fault of the homeowner (i.e. inability to install the system due to house construction) a full refund will be sent to the homeowner. No refund will be issued if the system is not returned within 45 days.

If the system is returned after contacting the sales department and all remedial measures taken did not produce satisfactory moisture reduction, and the system is returned prior to 12 months, a $150 restocking fee plus a freight and handling charge each way, will be deducted from the refund

The performance guarantee is restricted as above and is not applicable to any parts warranty, which is covered separately under the company's parts warranty included with the system.

Important Notice: In order to be eligible for the One Year Performance Guarantee customers must send the installation completion certificate signed by the installer, along with the completed warranty card. Customers should make and retain copies of all paperwork for their records.

Parts Warranty

Every system comes with an incredible 10-year parts warranty, for years of worry free moisture control. During the warranty period, WAVE ventilation will replace any parts (except the outside vent), which proves defective in manufacturing or in material and/or workmanship.This warranty applies when the WAVE ventilation system is installed by an authorized WAVE ventilation dealer/installer, under normal conditions and when the use is not abusive and is well maintained. Replacements parts can be obtained from WAVE ventilation, by returning defective parts, transportation charge prepaid; your parts will be repaired or replaced at the factory and returned at no charge.

Any damage to this system as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, an accident, improper installation, fire, water, floods, and/or repairs by persons other than the manufacturer's authorized personnel without the manufacturer’s written approval, will void this warranty.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions whether expressed or implied including, but not limited to, those of merchantability or fitness for purpose and shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of the manufacturer in respect of the sale of the product, whether in the nature of breach or breach of fundamental terms, or of negligence or otherwise. This warranty is not transferable.
