Energo Performance Guarantee

EnerGo offers a unique full performance guarantee, which permits you to obtain a refund for the purchase price of the unit one year from date of purchase if your average savings do not equal or exceed 10%.

As it may take some to reach these savings, the unit must operate for at least 4 months before a return is authorized. If the unit is returned prior to 4 months from the date of purchase, a $75 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.To return and receive credit, call our service department at 1-800-293-9577 and request a return authorization number. Package the unit per Fed Ex specifications, and return with proof of purchase and authorization number clearly marked on the box.

Our performance guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the unit, but not for and consequential, incidental or any other damages connected therewith.This performance guarantee is restricted as above and is not applicable to any parts warranty, which is covered separately.
